Bayern Munich Captain Manuel Neuer is uncertain about the Bayer Leverkusen Clash

Manuel Neuer has not prepared with the group this week and was simply ready to finish a singular meeting on Thursday.

Bayern Munich mentor Thomas Tuchel on Friday affirmed commander Manuel Neuer was in uncertainty for Saturday’s excursion to association pioneers Bayer Leverkusen as he fights to recuperate from a knee injury. Neuer has not prepared with the group this week and was simply ready to finish a singular meeting on Thursday. “Manu will attempt to partake in the goalkeeper preparing today. It’s Manu so we’ll give him until Saturday at 5pm to let us know if he’s alright,” Tuchel told journalists.

Bayern face Xabi Alonso’s unbeaten Leverkusen, who sit two focuses in front of the German bosses on the Bundesliga table, at 1730GMT on Saturday.

Neuer returned in October after close to 12 months uninvolved with a messed up leg.

Tuchel affirmed back-up goalie Sven Ulreich will play assuming Neuer can’t.

Bayern are light on goalkeepers, with third-decision Daniel Peretz likewise out with a knee injury.

Leverkusen have not lost a match in any rivalry this season, having won 26 and drawn four of 30 games under previous Bayern midfielder Alonso.

Tuchel said “30 groups have attempted and 30 groups haven’t figured out how to beat them.”

“It’s an exceptional run and they merit it. They’re doing inconceivably well, yet we’re just two focuses behind.”
